Summer is in full swing and we’re celebrating with show-stopping florals! If you are more of a DIYer we also have a fun idea to switch things up a bit. I’m sure you know by now we have a huge walk-in cooler so you can hand-select your own stems and take them home to create your very own arrangement. Tired of the same old boring glass vases that are collecting dust in your closet? Get crafty! Use a household object as your container! This adds such a nice touch to the summer arrangement on your table. Not sure what you could use? How about a colander? Just add a liner and some oasis and no one would ever know you had spaghetti noodles in it earlier this week! Or what about a lemonade pitcher or watering can? All of these cute items could make the arrangement that much more interesting. My personal favorite is an emptied out Old Bay container. Maybe it’s just the Maryland in me, but there is something so unique about wildflowers in the distinct Old Bay box. Have you already put flowers in something not so ordinary? We’d love to see!
