. . create a same-day VIP room for the Obama daughters to enjoy at a Beyoncé concert. No, we are not joking. In June of 2016 Beyoncé brought her “Formation” tour to the M&T Bank Stadium here in Baltimore. Amongst the hundreds of fans who came to see Queen B preform were the Obama daughters. Why wouldn’t two teen girls make a short trip up the beltway from DC to see 20-time Grammy award winner?

Having a well stocked walk-in cooler filled with flowers and a professional team of designers who thrive under pressure – we weren’t threatened by the 6 hours we had to prepare, design and deliver all of the components to make this thing happen.

Dressed with pipe and drape, unique lighting and furniture – the once locker room was unrecognizable. Along with miscellaneous arrangements to be placed on the podiums were larger buffet arrangements for the dessert table. Also, a mock lemon tree on top of a vase filled with lemons to incorporate the album title “Lemonade”. The true highlight of the room was a beautiful flower wall lining the ceiling with hydrangea, roses, lisianthus, stock and dripping mokara orchids.
