HOW IS FLOWERS & FANCIES HANDLING COVID-19?
Flowers & Fancies wants to assure you that we are taking every step possible to ensure the health and safety of our customers, team, and partners..
We adhere to all CDC protocols and guidelines. We regularly sanitize all work stations, spaces and surfaces and practice safe social distancing. Masks and gloves inside the building are part of the daily check list, as is continuance of hand washing throughout the day.
We remain vigilant in working to ensure safety remains the top priority.
According to the CDC, the USDA, and the FDA COVID-19 cannot be transmitted by packaging or fresh products like flowers and plants
We offer non–contact curb side pickup at the front of our building, as well as non-contact delivery to your door. The driver will leave the package outside the recipient's door. Upon returning to the vehicle notification by phone we eliminate the need for a signature.
Our top priority is to keep the entire Flowers & Fancies community safe, and we will continue to assess and address the situation as it evolves. We thank you for your business and look forward to continuing to serve our community.
CAN FLOWERS & FANCIES STILL MAKE DELIVERIES?
YES, WE PROVIDE NON-CONTACT FLORAL DELIVERY SERVICE.
With our Non-Contact Delivery Service the delivery driver will leave the package just outside your recipient's door and after returning to their vehicle notify them by phone and eliminate the need for a signature. This makes for a safe, contact free delivery.
IS IT APPROPRIATE TO SEND FLOWERS DURING THE COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS?
Flowers celebrate the special occasions and people in your life. With stay at home restrictions and gatherings being limited to maximum of 10, it is the perfect time to share your heartfelt sentiments on a card attached to a lovely bouquet of flowers or indoor tropical plant. Your card message will let your recipient know exactly what you are thinking.
CAN I HAVE FLOWERS DELIVERED TO HOSPITALS, NURSING HOMES AND/OR REHABILITATION CENTERS?
At this time, we are unable to make deliveries to hospitals and most nursing homes and rehab centers. They are off limits to visitation and floral deliveries.
CAN I HAVE FLOWERS DELIVERED TO A FUNERAL OR VISITATION?
We continue to service families and friends for funeral. With the limitation of 10 people at a funeral, now more than ever sending your sentiments will be even more meaningful to those that are grieving. We make sympathy deliveries all over the Baltimore Metro area every day. To the funeral home, church or a family members home. Please provide as much information as you have regarding the visitation or service in the Special Delivery Instructions field when you place your order online. We will also attempt to call the funeral home or church to verify these details.
*Even though our storefront is closed, and we are still offering same day delivery and call ahead curbside pickup! (Come wave to us through the window :) *
