Substitution Policy
Our substitution policy is simple and in place to accomplish 2 goals for our customers: On-time delivery and maintain freshness and quality.
If we are out of a particular item (either container, flower, or plant) we may substitute a similar item of equal or greater value to maintain the decorative integrity of the original item.
Due to the seasonal availability and the standard of absolute freshness of products, floral substitutions may occur depending upon season and weather.
Chocolate products may not be included in some gourmet baskets if extreme heat is detrimental to the substance of the chocolate.
All products are 100% unconditionally guaranteed. If ever dissatisfied for any reason, please contact us immediate and we will expeditiously rectify the situation.
