Will the product look exactly like the picture?
The products on our website are our own designs. This means they may only be available in our delivery area. We make all orders as close as possible to the picture. If a certain flower variety or container is out of stock, we will substitute with something similar to maintain the integrity of the style and value of the arrangement. Orders for delivery outside of our delivery area will be handled the same way. Shops will fill our orders as close as possible and are guaranteed to be filled to value. What information should I have on hand when I call to order?
If you are having the item delivered, have the recipient's full name, address, and telephone number ready. Any special information, such as a work number, business name, or times the recipient will be at home, is also helpful. Determine your budget before the call and have your payment information ready. Be sure to write out the message you would like on the enclosure card before you call to save time.

When will my credit card be charged?
We will secure authorization on your credit card at the point of purchase online. If there is a problem securing this authorization you will be notified. Your account will be charged in 24 to 48 hours.

What was the total charged to my credit card?
When you place your order online, you are presented with the price of the merchandise, as well as the delivery charge and Maryland sales tax that is applicable. Immediately following receipt of your order, you will be sent an order confirmation via e-mail. This e-mail will include an itemized list of the charges. This is the amount that will be charged to your credit card.

What Time will my gift be delivered?
There are several variables involved when determining when packages are delivered (time of order placement, town it’s being delivered to, # of packages the driver has, etc). Depending upon when the order comes in and the product request, we will send it out on the earliest possible delivery trip on your requested delivery date (at the regular delivery charge). If you need a delivery at a destination by a specific time, we will set that up as a special delivery (special deliveries are priced on an individual basis).

Why is the water in my vase cloudy?
This is a natural sign that bacteria are growing in the water. Bacteria can clog stems and shorten the vase life of flowers. Keep the water clear at all times to ensure the longevity of your blooms. If your water starts to turn cloudy, immediately empty the vase and add fresh water, preferably mixed with floral food. Re-cut the stems with a sharp knife under warm water and place them in the vase of fresh water.

How long before a holiday should I order flowers?
Because flowers are a personal and preferred gift for many holidays, we are often extremely busy during holiday seasons and inventory on certain flowers and plants may be in short supply. We may have a cut-off time for accepting delivery orders to ensure that all orders are delivered in a timely manner. We suggest you place you order a week before the holiday. Why are flowers more expensive at holidays?
It is a simple issue of supply and demand. People tend to want certain flowers at certain holiday times. This can create a large demand for specific types of flowers. Take Valentine's Day for example. More that 100 million roses are typically sold for Valentine's Day, which falls in the middle of winter. Growers work very hard after their Christmas cuttings to produce a crop for Valentine's Day. One long stem rose means sacrificing many other blooms, and extra labor must be hired at every production level. There are higher heating costs and additional transportation and delivery are needed. Each of these factors contributes to the proportionate cost of flowers on Valentine's Day.

Yes, if the order is placed in a timely manner. We cannot guarantee an actual time, but we can guarantee the actual day. The key is to order early and to have all the delivery information (recipient name, address and phone number) correct to avoid any delays.
